Hugo Chavez has suggested that the USA is behind the series of cancers to affect South American leaders[1]. Suggested methods of deliverance are by ingestion or injection.
I suggest this could also be done by satellites creating an electromagnetic field strong enough to create the cancer. I believe the illness that affected me this year is indirectly related to the EM harrassment I suffered for several years from 1999 - 2005.
But I can guarantee that their minds are being read by satellite technology anyway.
