SO WHEN WAS THAT VIDEO OF A BUK IN LUHANSK MADE?

We have been told that the video of a BUK with a missing missile in Luhansk, which was somehow obtained by the reliable and honest Ukraine Security Service, was filmed at dawn.

But to add to the contradictions and outright lies from the Ukraine Security Service that Cossack shot down MH17 from Chernukino, we can now read in the Correctiv report, proclaimed by the Belling Cat:
The smoking gun in Luhansk

On the evening of July 17th, when the news of passenger plane shot down is going around the world, a video is made of the BUK launch pad. Once again, the missile launcher is standing on the flatbed truck with a white driving cab. It drives under an advertising sign for the Ukrainian car dealer “Bogdan”. The BUK launch pad is not covered up. There is one missile missing.

So was it Shnizhne or Chernukino?

And was it the evening on 17th July or dawn on 18th July?

These are vitally important questions and it is either one or t'other possible answer.
