Most of the major cities in England to remain: Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, York, Bristol, London, Leicester, Norwich.
But they were islands in a sea of Brexit, except for the Thames Valley.
Birmingham voted to leave, as did Sheffield.
