A TV documentary claims the Queen responded to news of Princess Diana's car crash in Paris by saying 'someone must have greased the brakes'.

Diana was killed in the crash in August 1997 - triggering national mourning and some criticism of the Royal Family's unemotional reaction to the tragedy.

In tonight's Channel 5 documentary, Diana: 7 Days That Shook The Windsors, a string of key players reveal details of her death and the funeral.
