How could that great bastion of freedom and democracy, the USA, and its allies keep secret a plan for war and regime change in seven countries in five years, then a subsequent change in plan to unleash the nastiest international cutthroat Jihadis onto Syria, Lebanon and Iran, then another change in plan to facilitate the rise of Islamic State to isolate Assad?
A plan that has led to approaching a million deaths and millions more in refugees?
And how can the same USA and its allies keep hidden the Nazism of the junta that NATO allowed to oust a legitimately elected government? Particularly when a half million Americans, and many others from its NATO allies, died in WW2 fighting the Nazis?
Simple: propaganda!!
And when the US State Dept keeps all this hidden at their press conferences, and instead says, "trust us", should we? Could we? (sounds like that song, Memories, like the corners of my mind. misty, water-coloured memories, of the way we were).
