LET'S JUST GO THROUGH THE TERMS OF ROBINSON'S SUSPENDED SENTENCE AGAIN, SHALL WE?

Taken verbatim from the summing up of Robinson's trial when he was given a suspended sentence last year:
The sentence, therefore, that I pass upon you, taking into account all of those matters that have been placed before me and your admissions entered via Mr. Kovalevsky, is one of three months' imprisonment which will be suspended for a period of 18 months. That will be suspended. There will be no conditions that need to be attached to that suspended sentence, but you should be under no illusions that if you commit any further offence of any kind, and that would include, I would have thought a further contempt of court by similar actions, then that sentence of three months would be activated, and that would be on top of anything else that you were given by any other court. In short, Mr. Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as "Muslim paedophiles, Muslim rapists" and so on and so forth while trials are ongoing and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside. Do you understand? Thank you very much.

So it was not just a similar offence, it was "any further offence of any kind".

But not ony that, the judge said,
In short, Mr. Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as "Muslim paedophiles, Muslim rapists" and so on and so forth while trials are ongoing and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside.

Below is a recording of the live stream that Robinson created just before his arrest. What does he say at about 7 minutes into the feed? He refers to "all the Muslim men who have raped across this country".

Had the jury reached a decision by that time? Nope.

Was Robinson talking about Muslim rapists? Yep.

Caolan Robertson was on Infowars and reported that there was a slight gasp from some reporters at Robinson's trial when the judge ony listened to a few selected parts of the live feed. But does the judge need to listen to the whole live feed? Or just the bits where Robinson is clearly violating his suspended sentence by turning up outside a court during a trial of alleged Muslim paedophiles and talking about Muslim rapists?

It looks like Robinson tried to avoid prejudicing the trial by frequently using the word "alleged", but about 7 minutes into the feed he starts to talk about "all the Muslim men who have raped across this country", which is clearly violating the terms of his suspended sentence.

So the next question is: is 13 months a fair and reasonable sentence?
