Kudos to @bellingcat for all their research into this.

Despite all the sneers and smears from the Kremlin and its supporters, open-source evidence is crucial, once it's properly verified. https://t.co/YJLKDt2m9n
Nimmo and Higgins work for The Atlantic Council, which is apparently supposed to be the brains behind NATO.
Well, how's this for "open-source evidence": General Wesley Clark revealing the plan for war on seven countries in five years, most of which have occured, some are currently occuring, and the big one, on Iran, is coming soon to a TV near you!
Note that planning for the wars on Iraq, Iran and Syria began at the latest by 1991. This war plan was then embodied in A Clean Break in 1996. And then in PNAC's Rebuilding America's Defenses in 2000, and expanded to the plan revealed to Clark in 2001.
Nimmo and Higgins work for this pile of warmongering shits!
