Lord Turner of the Financial Services Authority will soon take up a position on the board of the Institute for New Economic Thinking, founded by George Soros who is its Chairman.

I personally wrote to Turner in 2009 (the letter was posted on this blog) to explain the Bilderberg link to the financial crisis and to ask him to investigate the Bilderberg crooks. He didn't. It looks like he is joining them.

Lord Turner, the outgoing chairman of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), is to join a New York-based think tank founded by Mr Soros.

The regulator, who stands down from his role at midnight tonight when the FSA is split into the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, is to join the board of the Institute for New Economic Thinking. The body was established by Mr Soros – who made a profit of £1bn betting against sterling in 1992 – in 2009 with an initial endowment of $50m (£33m).

From tomorrow some of the poorest families in this Disunited Fascist Kingdom will be forced to move house or lose significant quantities of money. These families are poor through no fault of their own. Having lost their main source of income, or having it reduced, due to the corrupt wretches in our Paedo Parliament bailing out greedy Nazi bankers we as a nation have no money, resulting in a reduction in employment and thus an increase in homelessness and poverty.

Dubbed "the bedroom tax" if you are claiming housing benefit then if it is considered that you have a spare bedroom which is not used then you will lose some benefit or be forced to move to smaller accommodation. The minister in charge of implementing this draconian bullying policy is Iain Duncan Smith.

So where does IDS live?

The man behind the controversial bedroom tax lives rent-free in a £2million aristocratic country house… with at least FOUR spare bedrooms.

Iain Duncan Smith, the Work and Pensions Secretary, is a tenant of the landed gentry Fremantle family.

But unlike the 660,000 families in social housing who are being forced to pay an average of £14 a week extra for a spare bedroom, Mr Duncan Smith can live happily knowing he has to pay no rent or mortgage.

The 16th-century Tudor house on a sprawling estate in Buckinghamshire originally had five bedrooms but has had wings added down the centuries.

With a swimming pool, tennis courts and set in acres of countryside, it’s a far-cry from the social housing his bedroom tax victims live in.

It’s also a world away from the MP for Chingford and Woodford Green’s London constituency – and is sure to further enrage the thousands of protesters who marched around Britain against his hated tax yesterday.

But Old Etonian IDS lives free on the estate like a Lord.

The former Tory leader – who lost the top job after a no confidence vote by his party in 2003 – married into the Fremantle family in 1982 and was given use of the mansion by his father-in-law, the 5th Baron Cottesloe, in 2001.

Mr Duncan Smith and his wife Betsy Cottesloe moved there and brought up their four children in the peaceful, privileged, countryside setting.

One local said: “It is in a beautiful area. I don’t know how many bedrooms it has but I’d say there are more than five now after all the extensions that have gone up over the years.

“It must be worth millions.”

DO NOT SHED A TEAR FOR BORIS BEREZOVSKY

Berezovsky gained his fortune from financing a total vodkahead into The Kremlin, then 'advising' on how to save Russia. That advice usually consisted of selling off vital state assets at rock bottom prices to select individuals, namely Berezovsky and his usually Jewish pals. One such pal was Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who upon his arrest pledged his shares in Yukos to Lord Jacob Rothschild. The Guardian would later plead for Khodorkovsky's freedom, and publish interviews of Beresovsky in which Berezovsky would state that he was financing a new violent Russian Revolution. Bez was also given virtually a whole BBC Question Time to puke his anti-Russian vitriol. This was after the suspicious death of the radioactive Russian traitor Alexander Litvinenko.

Now, shortly after Litvinenko fell ill and was in hospital undergoing tests, there was a report in The Independent that there were three strange solid objects up Litvinenko's arse. But reports of these mysterious objects mysteriously disappeared, replaced by much more emotional images of a radioactive traitor melting away pointing his radioactive finger at Putin.

A few years later and a Wikileaks leak suggested that Britain was aware of a nuclear smuggling ring through London, telling Russia that they were fully aware of the situation.

The prime suspect, in the eyes of the NWO, was Andrei Lugovoi. But he was, as far as we are aware, not a skilled assassin trained in the deadly art of nuclear material, and if so risked the lives of his family who went with him on the trip to London. Lugovoi has since claimed that Litvinenko was MI6 and tried to recruit him (a fact that was at first denied but has recently been confirmed), has taken and passed a lie detector test, and most recently held a press conference in which he held up a report from Scotland Yard which he claims clears him.

Now, one reported fact I am seeing slip down the memory hole is that reported last week in which despite the 'authorities' claiming to have cleared the residence where Berezovsky was found dead clear of nuclear contamination, the coroner's detector went off!!

There is also the fact that Berezovsky was wanting to return to Russia.

The inquest has so far found that Bez's death was consistent with hanging, but did not explicitly state that his death was due to hanging himself, in whatever weird way.

Now to add the emotion, Bez's daughter has written in The Independent about her loveable cuddly father, who financed perhaps the world's most famous alcoholic into power in order to rip off Russia and then do a runner. Bez's daughter went to Cambridge to study Classics. In the interview with The Independent Bez's daughter praises Khodorkovsky but say's nothing about her father financing a total vodkahead into power to rape Russia and call it 'freedom'.

"We will have to wait quite a time to fully understand what he was, as you do with many great men. Without any doubt he was one of the most amazing men, one of the strongest. He is an unbelievable figure of our time … The only other Russian person who comes to my mind with the same amount of honour is Mikhail Khodorkovsky [an oil oligarch now in the 11th year of a – possibly politically motivated – sentence for fraud]. One of the things we spoke about the last time, before my father died, was Khodorkovsky, his honour and what great respect we have for him. My father was an unbelievably charismatic person ... always positive in everything, never afraid. He was amazingly confident, so he felt no fear in being the first really to stand up to the system. He stood up and said 'this is wrong'. When he moved here, his job was to fight this regime – with the same enthusiasm that he had for his science. You have a choice: either be a hero or lose your honour, a bit like in the Eighties before everything changed. You either stand up or you lose your honour."

It would be very interesting to know if Bez supported London's support for the nasty cutthroat Jihadis who are plaguing Syria right now; is it freedom to have your throat cut and your head chopped off by some demonically-possessed CIA-MI6-controlled Jihadi because you want a secular Syrian state?

BRITISH SECRET SERVICE IS ACCUSED OF BEREZOVSKY MURDER

I suggested this last night. Berezovsky was wanting to return to Russia, and would no doubt be asked to reveal his experience of and contacts in British intelligence circles. Now Sergei Markov, a member of a presidential advisory body, the Public Chamber, and the deputy rector of the highly respected Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow, has accused British Intelligence of the murder.

'Unfortunately, the British secret services can be suspected in the death of Berezovsky. And may be not only the British,' Markov said.

'There is no trust for the British secret services. After their participation in the plot aimed at occupying Iraq, their role in the plot targeting the leader of Libya, then the plot aimed at knocking down the government in Syria, it is clear that their methods are highly dirty.

'I think they may have guessed that Berezovsky would give away all information, and they decided to get rid of him,' he said.

I am also wondering if Russia agreed to the Cyprus bailout, and the price was Berezovsky. The timing is curious, but I doubt this.

If Berezovsky was looking to return to Russia the price he would have to pay would be a thorough investigation into his dealings, criminal or otherwise, with British Intelligence, and thus Russia did not have any interest in killing Berezovsky.

And the nuclear smuggling aspect of all this could have been blown wide open...

SAINT BORIS

There is a wealth of sickening obituaries of Saint Boris Berezovsky. The implication is that Bez loved Russia, freedom and democracy.

But Bez financed and engineered the election of the serious alcoholic Boris Yeltsin, and while Yeltsin was completely smashed out of his skull on vodka Bez and his mates economically raped post-Berlin Wall Russia.

However, Berezovsky was led to trust in Vladimir Putin.

Putin and his patriots were not that impressed by Bez and his mates and decided against this privatization of vast Russian assets. So when Putin came to power in Russia Bez thought he and his mates had it made. He was wrong, and sought sanctuary in London, one of his economic raping mates Khordokovsky pledging his fortune to the Rothschilds.

As with Chavez in Venezuela, despite obvious interference by external powers, Putin was elected for a third term, and has taken a serious interest in Syria and Iran.

The Venezuelans supported Chavez. He was 'cancered'.

The Russians supported Putin...

The force that supported Berezovsky is evil. It resides in London and Washington DC.

THE DEATH OF BORIS BEREZOVSKY JUST GOT INTERESTING

Just when you thought it was safe to forget the Terry Venables Look-a-Likey Boris Berezovsky, having been led to believe that either Putin did it (again?) or Tez did himself in, there is now a very, very interesting article in none other than The Guardian.

Until now every report that I have read had suggested that Berezovsky was debt-ridden, depressed and suffering from ill health, or there was the obligatory "Putin was his enemy and could have done it".

Now a friend of Berezovsky is crying murder!

According to Nikolai Glushkov, one of Berezovsky's oldest friends, Galina emerged from the house believing Berezovsky may have been murdered. She has yet to give an account of what she saw, but Glushkov, who spoke to her afterwards, told the Guardian: "I'm definite Boris was killed. I have quite different information from what is being published in the media."

THIS IS FUCKING DYNAMITE!!

Why is this dynamite? Because just hours earlier the British Police had been looking for nuclear material at Berezovsky's house and declared to have found nothing and that the scene was safe.

But read this.

Mr Berezovsky was declared dead at the scene by a paramedic. On leaving the premises, the paramedic's personal electronic dosimeter (PED) was triggered. The device measures the air for potentially dangerous levels of radiation.

However, specialist officers who attended the scene subsequently found no trace of radiation of chemical agents and have said there is no health risk.

So here is review of the situation.
1. at first Berezovsky was reported to have committed suicide
2. the British press then pounce on this and imply Putin may have done it
3. because of this implication it becomes acceptable for the Police to search Berezovsky's house for nuclear material
4. the Police claim to have not found nuclear material, but the above report suggests something was there
5. I have proposed that Berezovsky was smuggling nuclear material and that this caused the death of Litvinenko
6. if 5. was true then the British would of course like to cover this up
7. but a Wikileaks memo has suggested that the British knew of illegal smuggling of nuclear material through London
8. Berezovsky was due to give evidence at the Litvinenko inquest soon, but is also alleged that he had written to Putin for forgiveness and wanted to return to Russia.

Regarding point 8,. what information could Berezovsky give to Russia upon his return?

And now Berezovsky's friend is claiming murder while the British media, after reporting a search for nuclear material at Berezovsky's house for nuclear material and claiming to have found nothing but a paramedic's dosimeter went off?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

THE BLOB AND THE BORG

Education Secretary Michael Gove has blasted off both barrels in a hit piece in The Daily Mail. Writing against what he calls The Blob, a cabal of Marxist educational theorists, Gove defends his ministerial suggestions.

Exactly 75 years ago the great English writer and thinker, Cyril Connolly, published his most famous book – The Enemies Of Promise. Connolly’s work explores the ways in which the talented individuals of his time were prevented from achieving their full potential.

...The new Enemies Of Promise are a set of politically motivated individuals who have been actively trying to prevent millions of our poorest children getting the education they need.

...But, tragically, there are all too many children who still don’t leave school with these basic accomplishments. Businesses report that school-leavers lack basic literacy and numeracy.

Survey after survey has revealed disturbing historical ignorance, with one teenager in five believing Winston Churchill was a fictional character while 58 per cent think Sherlock Holmes was real.

...But who is responsible for this failure? Who are the guilty men and women who have deprived a generation of the knowledge they need? Who are the modern Enemies Of Promise?

Well, helpfully, 100 of them put their name to a letter to The Independent newspaper this week.

From my experience of the education system, Gove does have a point.

As a report by The House of Lords Science and Technology Committee found last year, standards in Mathematics in this DFK are pretty shitty.

The current thinking in education, as I experienced it, is something called Social Constructivism, based on theories proposed by a guy called Vygotsky. Now, Vygotsky was a committed devout Marxist, and believed that the teacher was there to lead to the students to discover themselves as a group what was "the truth". Vygotsky's theories were not implemented by Stalin but when the Berlin Wall came down his theories became mainstream in The West. But from my experience of implementing this in mathematics, all that Social Constructivism did was waste time. It simply meant that students 'discovered' after some discussion what had been proven and found to be mathematically sound centuries ago. It also allowed students to believe that they could argue and agree upon their own 'reality' into existence, even if it was opposed to what has been known for centuries.

And regarding the mathematics curriculum, there has been a drastic culling and a focus on approximation rather than mathematically proven methods which, though abstract at first, have been shown to lead to the precise and only solution.

And there is also a tendency for a requirement for the teacher to be an entertainer, rather than an educator.

I also had several very unpleasant experiences of mathematics teachers during my training, with bullying and denying of pens and paper so that students could not write and practice methods through exercises and could not therefore learn anything.

I have also tried to inform my University tutors of this and the plans to implement a world government through Agenda 21, and pointed them in the direction of The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, and America's Secret Establishment. Their response was that I was no longer wanted in the education system!

I WILL STAND UP IN A COURT OF LAW AND STATE THIS!

This is why I left teacher training.

I hold a PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics.

I wanted to help working class kids excel by offering my assistance in these subjects at a modern secondary school, having like Gove come from a working class background.

But I was left disillusioned and demoralised by a borg mind of "the teacher".

Gove calls it The Blob. I call it the Borg.

Whatever.

It is definitely Marxist.

It has desire for world government.

It is based on theories proposed by The Bavarian Illuminati, as Iserbyt and Sutton prove beyond a doubt.

If only Gove would understand that history is not all about learning biased facts. We were covertly invaded by the evil Venetian oligarchy after The League of Cambrai, who brought with them their love of slavery and financial engineering, and they have allied with The Illuminati and engineered and financed all major wars since with the goal of implementing a tyrannical world government. HOT ROD VERSUS ARGO : YOU'RE THE VOICE

Readers of this blog should by now be well aware of my deep scepticism of the Oscar winning film Argo. Directed by Ben Affleck, the film was not nominated for Best Direction, but the screenplay and the film itself won Oscars. However, Iran is considering launching a claim against the film, and several of the original characters of the film have bitterly complained about the historical accuracy of the film.

Hmmm.

Now compare Argo to Hot Rod.

Hot Rod is pure fiction, as far as I know. A teenager called Rod is led to believe that his father was a professional stuntman and died in a horrific stunt when in reality his father was a simple sales clerk in a tyre store. Rod loved his father so much that he was constantly trying to life-risking perform stunts to make his dead father proud. He does not get on with his ex-military stepfather, so much so that the two have frequent battles to the death, but with his fighting prowess the stepfather always wins. When Rod is told that his stepfather needs $50k for a heart operation Rod decides to raise the money through a series of death-defying stunts, just so he can kick his arse. The money is eventually raised, the operation takes place, the inevitable fight between the two occurs and Rod wins.

Of the two films, Hot Rod is the much better film, combining comedy with meaning.

And it contains one of the most powerful unifying songs of all time.

BEREZOVSKY HOUSE SEARCHED FOR NUCLEAR MATERIAL AS "PRECAUTION"?

Berezovsky's house is being searched by highly trained officers in nuclear materials as a "precaution".

Police have cordoned off the 67-year-old's home while police, including chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) trained officers, conduct a number of searches as a precaution, Thames Valley Police said.

Yet every article I have read on the death of Berezovsky has quoted friend and family as saying there was nothing suspicious about his death. Some expressed concern that he was losing contact with them, had debts, was selling paintings and begging for money for a ticket, was a broken man and complained of ill health.

SO WHY ARE POLICE SEARCHING BEREZOVSKY'S HOUSE FOR NUCLEAR MATERIAL?!

Perhaps the following provides a clue?

First, a Wikileaks entry about smuggling of nuclear material through London.

Russian authorities in London had known about and followed individuals moving radioactive substances into the city but were told by the British that they were under control before the poisoning took place.

Second, reports of mysterious objects up Litvinenko's arse that have never been mentioned again.

The poison used to attack the former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko remained unknown last night as doctors searching for a radioactive toxin focused their efforts on pieces of "dense matter" found in his intestines.

The team treating Mr Litvinenko at University College Hospital in central London believe the defector must have knowingly swallowed the three pieces of material which have become lodged in his colon.

X-rays have shown that two of the items are of a similar size to a 2p coin and the other is the shape of a figure "8", according to a hospital source. But it is not yet known whether the three items are linked to Mr Litvinenko's illness, which has left him without a functioning immune system, due to the failure of his bone marrow, and liver damage. Tests are being carried out to identify the pieces of material.

And what has happened to Berezovsky's fortune? A multi-billionaire reduced to begging?

And many reports quote friends and family that he was not the type to commit suicide, and we can believe that. The man was ruthless, and had the BBC and The Guardian at his disposal in order to cause a revolution in Russia against Putin, given a whole Question Time show to rubbish Putin and interviews by The Guardian for the same purpose.

If Litvinenko was an MI6 agent then so was Berezovsky.

So I believe that he either died of natural causes, or was given Rommel's Choice before his appearance at the inquest of the radioactive Russian traitor Alexander Litvinenko.

BRITISH MEDIA HINTING AT RUSSIAN HAND IN BEREZOVSKY DEATH BUT WITHOUT EVIDENCE

Of course they would.

A brief view of the NATO media of Great Britain is beginning to show a set number of features.

A friend of Berezovsky said tonight that his family was 'devastated', adding that she did not believe his death to be suspicious.

Sasha Nerozina told Sky News: 'It is shocking, terrible news. It is not something you expect. He was full of life and love.'

The businessman had been left 'demoralised' by losing his high-profile legal battle with Abramovich, as he had expected to win, she added.

However, Berezovsky was 'looking forward to adventures to come' and was so busy with work that he hardly slept, according to Ms Nerozina.

'Boris cannot be dead - it is almost incredible to put those words together,' she said. 'We expected him to outlive us all.'

While he had feared for his life in the past, he had no such worries in his final months, said Ms Nerozina.

'There is nothing to be suspicious about, as far as I understand', she told Sky News.

So a close friend says he had "no worries".

Other reports suggest that several court cases he had lost (I wonder why?) had led him to have massive debts. But Berezovsky was reported to be a dollar billionaire, while his lost court cases, including the recent Abramovich case, totalled tens of millions of pounds. In other words, he owed a hundred or so millions of pounds but was a multi-billionaire!

Yet it is being alleged that Berezovsky committed suicide due to debts!?

Litvinenko and the desire to keep evidence of the alleged murder of that radioactive Russian traitor from the public, as the British government are doing by claiming national security, had something to do with this.

BEREZOVSKY ALLEGEDLY COMMITS SUICIDE

Extremely, extremely interesting news.

Just last week the suspect, according to the British, Andrei Lugovoi in the death of the radioactive Russian traitor Alexander Litvinenko held a brief press conference and referred to a report from Scotland Yard that clears him. Lugovoi has accused Berezovsky of the murder, as has Litvinenko's father.

We all know what 'suicide' means with people the stature of Berezovsky. He was not a quiet or shy man. He was extremely determined and ruthless. It must have been something very serious indeed for him to have committed suicide, if that was what happened.

The British government have delayed and postponed revealing evidence that they initially denied existed or held, and are currently hiding behind 'national security' to stop the public knowing what the government knows.

I wonder if Berezovsky was given Rommel's Choice?

Exiled Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky has died at the age 67, according to a Facebook post from his son-in-law Egor Schuppe. Details regarding the nature of his death are yet to be released.

His death has not been officially confirmed, and details have not been disclosed.

According to Schuppe, Berezovsky was recently depressed. He failed to keep in touch with friends and acquaintances, and often chose to stay at home rather than go out.

Damian Kudriavtsev, the former CEO of Kommersant Publishing House also commented on the businessman’s death saying he passed away at 11:00 GMT in London.

On his twitter account, Kudriavtsev said there were no signs of a violent death.

Aleksandr Dobrovinksy, a famous lawyer and head of Moscow-based The Alexander Dobrovinsky & Partners law firm has said that Berezovsky committed suicide.

“Just got a call from London. Boris [Abramovich] Berezovsky committed suicide. He was a difficult man. A move of disparity? Impossible to live poor? A strike of blows? I am afraid no one will get to know now,” the lawyer said on his social network page.

Boris Berezovsky has been on Russia’s wanted list since 2001 on charges of fraud, money-laundering and attempted violent power takeover. In 2003 he obtained political asylum in Britain.

Today there is an article in The Guardian about the use of Bitcoin for the purchase of illegal drugs.

Readers of this blog should by now be aware that I consider a cashless society one of the goals of a future society, and believed that due to the current criminality of drug and porn and whatever goes purchasing that it would be difficult for such activities to continue in a cashless society, unless absolutely everything was legal, otherwise all financial transactions would be traceable.

But now with Bitcoin that might not be the case...

I still cannot decide whether this article by The Guardian is hit, protection or advertisement.

Perhaps the killer fact in this article is that despite everyone claiming to know how a particular website operates the 'authorities' have no clue or power stop it being used to sell drugs!

Shortly after the inside job 9/11 General Wesley Clark was told that the USA was going to start war and regime change in seven nations in five years. The seven nations named to Clark were Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Somalia, Sudan and Iran. Clark also recalled a conversation he had with Paul Wolfowitz in 1991 in which Wolfowitz stated that the USA "had 5 to 10 years to take out those old Soviet client regimes; Iraq, Iran, Syria". On Syria, Obama had this to say:

This does not sound very supportive of intervention in Syria. The Washington Post has continually demanded intervention in Syria. So far Obama has resisted. The probable use of chemical weapons by the al Qaeda rebs recently in Syria was a false flag attack to blame Assad.

But to me the great put down by Obama consists of Obama calling Netanyahu "Bibi".

COMMITTING TO THE PROGRAMME

I have left teaching.

I became seriously disillusioned by my experience.

No one could explain why, despite all the government intervention and money, standards in maths have declined so much. I tried to point out how education is controlled, referencing "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America" and "America's Secret Establishment" and other sources, but they didn't want to know.

But they have the information now. When the World Government comes knocking on their door to take them away they might just remember that I warned them.

I believe I have served my purpose by doing so.

I would much rather commit to the programme and destroy the New World Order in another and much faster way. Teaching some kids some maths sounds noble, but the fruits of my labour would only be seen in 3 to 5 years, and I could only directly teach a tiny, tiny percentage. That is too little and too long.

The New World Order need destroying now.

I believe I can be more useful in another way.

CHEMICAL WEAPONS IN SYRIA : WHY NOW?

President Obama is on his way to Israel this week. Just across the border is Syria. Today there have been allegations that chemical weapons have been used in Syria, killing tens of civilians. The Syrian government claims the rebs used them. The rebs say the government used a Scud armed with a chemical weapon.

But it doesn't matter. Obama will land in Israel and see lots of Israeli and US media and intelligence reports, with images of dead, dying and injured from the use of chemical weapons. And more importantly, he will be just across the border.

As with the alleged massacres in Syria of civilians by the Syrian government which suspiciously occured just before meetings and votes at the UN, this alleged use of chemical weapons is very, very interesting...and suspicious.

Why would the Syrian government use chemical weapons against Syrian civilians (who are supporting their President against the NATO proxy terrorist scum), just as President Obama is about to arrive in Israel? There is no logical explanation. Such a use of such weapons would cross Obama's 'red line'.

On the other hand, if the rebs use such weapons (and there is video evidence that they have been developing them on rabbits threatening to use them on Assad supporters), and sufficient confusion can be created so that it is not clear who used them, then it may possible to con President Obama into war on Syria.

TEN YEARS AGO TODAY

Ten years ago today the war criminal Tony Blair began a war on Iraq. That war had been engineered through lies, deceit, withholding of intelligence, and the inside job 9/11. General Wesley Clark has stated a number of times that Iraq was one of seven nations named to him that would experience war and regime change over a period of five years. The other six nations named were Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Iran, Sudan and Somalia. But it has all gone Pete Tong for the war criminals. By 2007 only Saddam Hussein had been replaced, and a small war on Hezbollah in 2006 that was engineered by Israel led to an embarrassing defeat for Israel. So a Faustian agreement was reached in which Saudi Arabia, Israel and the USA would unleash nasty cutthroat Jihadis onto some of the nations named to Clark. The first nation to suffer the Jihadis was Libya in 2011. NATO and Gulf State intelligence and special forces armed, trained and advised the Jihadis. NATO relentlessly bombed a path for the Jihadis all the way into Tripoli. Gaddafi was eventually found and murdered. The Jihadis have since moved onto Syria, but they are getting their al Qaeda butts kicked by the Syrian military. The only reason they succeeded in Libya was because they had overt NATO support. This support is not there for them in Syria. This is due to Russia, in both cases.

We were told that Iraq had WMDs and was involved in the inside job 9/11. Donald Rumsfeld on TV said they knew where the WMD were; North, South, East and West of Baghdad, and around Tikrit. Neither claim was true.

This morning on the Your Call debate on BBC Radio 5 Live the blame was put on Saddam Hussein himself, for propagating the idea that Iraq had WMD to make Iraq look more powerful!

There is some evidence that Saddam Hussein was a long time CIA asset, ever since the coup that brought him into power in the first place. Donald Rumsfeld sold him WMD in the 1980s. Saddam was tricked into invading Kuwait in 1990. Iraq was soundly beaten and the allied troops were on their way to Baghdad to kick Saddam Hussein's butt. A revolution was provoked against him by the allies. But for some reason this revolution was betrayed, which allowed Saddam to destroy the revolutionaries and their movement so much so that Saddam Hussein actually became stronger, virtually untouchable, in Iraq by any internal opposition. The allied troops were ordered to turn around and get home. Thus Saddam Hussein was left in power, actually stronger in Iraq, but a series of sanctions and No Fly Zones (implemented with DU) led to the population of Iraq becoming weaker, and Iraq's vast oil resources were kept off the market, thus leading to higher oil prices. But someone made some money through smuggling and/or purchasing smuggled Iraqi oil.

The alleged arrest of Saddam Hussein also raised some questions. Saddam had doubles. Saddam's wife claimed the man under arrest was not her husband. Photographic and dental evidence supports her claim.

When you are dealing with some of the world's largest proven oil reserves you can't be honest. There is deep, deep geopolitics and espionage involved with this, because we are talking billions and billions in profits, and control over vast natural resources.
