This increases the likelihood of those Islamic State prisoners escaping, either by themselves or with external assistance.
This increases the likelihood of Islamic State 2.0, thus giving the USA more reason to stay Syria in larger numbers.
Unless Turkey bombs those prisons killing most if not all prisoners before any jailbreak.
And on the latter, has this been agreed between the orange one and Erdogan?
