Remember back in May, that sudden settlement by the Justice Department in a Russian money laundering case? WHY WAS THE 9TH JUNE MEETING HELD IN THE BOARDROOM?

Perhaps there were more attendees than admitted to so far?

Remember that, at first, such meetings were denied. Now one attendee, a possible 'ex'-GRU officer, says that a Russian lawyer lobbying for Putin handed documentation to Trump Jr showing damning information on Clinton!

And also remember that just after the meeting was confrmed on 7th, Trump Sr promised a major press conference would be held the day after this meeting at which Trump Sr would expose Clinton's crimes. But for whatever reason Trump Sr never did hold that major press conference.

But then again, he said he was going to "lock her up" but instead toasted her at his inauguration dinner and now wants her to be left alone "to heal".

According to the emails released by Donald Trump Jr., his Russia meeting took place on the 25th floor of Trump Tower. According to numerous press clippings assembled by a Palmer Report reader, the 25th floor is the board room. Media coverage of that boardroom reveals that it essentially consists of nothing but a giant table that holds at least twenty people (link). Now close your eyes and try to imagine just six people sitting at a gigantic table meant for perhaps two dozen people. It would be awkward beyond belief. It raises the question of why Trump Jr. would have chosen the 25th floor boardroom if only six people were going to be attending.

Maybe there was just nowhere else to hold the meeting that day, though one would think six people could meet just about anywhere in Trump Tower they wanted to. Maybe Donald Trump Jr. knew just how important this meeting was with these Kremlin representatives, and he was trying to impress them by holding it in his father’s big bad boardroom. Or maybe he chose a room with such a gigantic table because there were more people in this meeting than they’re admitting to.

While Veselnitskaya was not allowed to testify in Congress, she did secure a prime, front-row seat for a June 14 hearing in the House on Russia-related issues.

Her high-profile spot in the room gained notice this week with the circulation of a photo in which she looms over the shoulder of former U.S. ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul, an adviser to President Barack Obama and a witness before the panel. Some conservative blogs this week have said the photo suggests she had accompanied McFaul and was a Democratic plant.

In fact, her seat had been reserved for her by a Republican consultant with close ties to the Trump campaign.

Lanny Wiles, whose wife, Susie, was then chairing the Trump campaign in Florida, said in an interview that he came early to scout out the seat and was there at the request of Akhmetshin, with whom he was working as a consultant on the sanctions-related adoption issue.

Lanny and Susie Wiles both said she was unaware of his role in the lobbying effort. Lanny Wiles said he was unaware that the Russian lawyer whose seat he was saving had just days earlier met with Trump Jr.

TROUBLE : MORE DETAILS EMERGE OF 9TH JUNE MEETING

So, it looks like some information was indeed passed to Trump Jr at that 9th June meeting, but it was considered to be not the devstating information he was hoping for.

Which may explain why on the 7th June, shortly after Trump Jr had arrnaged the 9th June meeting, Trump Sr made a surprise announcement that the following week he was going to hold a major press conference to expose all of Hillary Clinton's crimes, but after the 9th June meeting failed to produce the information Team Trump were hoping for he never did hold that major press conference on Clinton.

In other words, Trump knew that his son was meeting with Russians hoping to get devastating information on Clinton.

Technically not treason, but treason in spirit...and illegal.

Trump could go down over this.

“This could be a good issue to expose how the DNC is accepting bad money,” Akhmetshin recalled her saying.

Trump Jr. asked the attorney if she had sufficient evidence to back up her claims, including whether she could demonstrate the flow of the money. But Veselnitskaya said the Trump campaign would need to research it more. After that, Trump Jr. lost interest, according to Akhmetshin.

“They couldn’t wait for the meeting to end,” he said.
