BUSH, PUTIN AND KISSINGER MEET, BUT NOT IN THE SAME ROOM AT THE SAME TIME.

What can we deduce?

Bush invited Putin to Kennebunkport. Neither Kissinger or Cheney were there.

Kissinger then flies to Moscow with some other Bilderbergers, and returns unhappy after some "frank" discussion with Putin.

A few days later Britain expels four Russian diplomats, a Russian plot to assassinate Berezovsky is alleged and news reports also allege Russian bombers on their way to London were turned around by a pair of scrambled RAF fighters.

Today papers are reporting that Bilderberger Bernard Kouchner is fully supportive of Britain's demand that Russia tear up its constitution (like Cheney has in the USA) and extradite a Russian citizen for trial when no evidence has been provided, while Britain refuses the extradition of a handful of Russian rogues and scoundrels to Russia.

Hmm.
