PAKISTAN

According to a report in the Pakistani paper The News, the ratio of AQ to civilian deaths from US drone attacks is:
60 drone attacks
14 AQ
687 civilians

I'll repeat that again.
60 drone attacks
14 AQ
687 civilians

Leaders in Pakistan and Afghanistan have been warning for a long time that this scatter gun, Israeli-esque degree of accuracy is driving men, women and children into the arms of AQ.

So given this information, how is it, with our politicians scaring the shit out of us that AQ are about to kill us all, that it is very easy to get into this country from Pakistan, and once in it is very easy to avoid detection?

It is possible that such people are being allowed in with the hope that they lead intelligence to AQ cells. But it also runs the risk of many more cells being formed. And from there the fear can be ramped up. Intelligence warns the politicians. The politicians warn us and take our freedoms away. Londonistan was not named so without reason.

I strongly agree with Craig Murray that the arrests which occured this week look politically motivated. The fact that the alleged attack was to take place either today or tomorrow and yet after several days of searching absolutely no explosive material has been found, despite the suspects being under surveillance for a long time, at this moment suggests that this, like the liquid bomb plot of August 2006 was used, has been hyped up to take the heat off not only Brown and Smith but our good friends the banks.

You can't beat a bit of fear to focus the public's minds on another enemy.
