Now Raoul Moat has tried to murder his ex-girlfriend and killed her boyfriend, and has declared war on the cops, shooting one cop! And this after the Northumbria Constabulary was warned by the Durham Prison Service that Moat was on the warpath!
Two media intensive gun-related incidents in one month, one definitely allowed to happen, the other highly probably allowed to play out?
Remember, Dr David Kelly was found dead just hours after Operation Mason became active, a close friend says he could not have killed himself because he could barely hold a knife to eat his meals, suicide was against his religion and hardly any blood was found near his corpse.
