LIBYA IS NOW A UTOPIA OF PEACE AND TRANQUILITY

This time last year we were bombing Libya.

We were told it was just to protect civilians. But within hours of UN SCR 1973 being passed there was open discussion in British media about assassinating Gaddafi. Seven months later and Gaddafi was eventually assassinated.

We were also told that BSF were not in Libya. Yes, there had been a reported clumsy attempt at establishing contact, but that was all. But in January this year the BBC revealed some of the truth about the presence and purpose of BSF in Libya. According to the BBC report BSF were at the front lines, blending in with the Libyan al Qaeda rebs, guiding, advising and training them, with weapons supplied by Qatar.

In Spetember last year Sarkozy and Cameron visited Libya for a few hours only to meet with Libyan opposition leader Jalil. There was a photo op for them, holding hands and their arms up together, celebrating the coming defeat of Gaddafi. People danced and sang in jubilation at the prospect of the freedom and safety and democracy that Sarkozy and Cameron implied to them.

Fast forward to today.

There is growing sectarian violence in Libya. Airports are being siezed. There are attacks on embassies and diplomats. Even charities are coming under attack from Islamic extremists who accuse the charities of spreading Christianity. And all the while the al Qaeda flag flutters high in the North African breeze, as extreme Islamic revolutionaries persecute and execute black Libyans.

This is Cameron, Sarkozy and Jalil.

Oh dear God. What have they done? What evil have they unleashed upon this world?

The weapons and terrorists that BSF trained in Libya are now in Syria.

Several articles in The Daily Star have revealed that BSF are in Syria and have been for a long time.

But what exactly is their purpose?

Are they planning to put al Qaeda in power in Syria too?

The Syrian rebels brag about their executions of Syrian military and Syrian civilian supporters of Assad, even though the rebs are generally Sunni and the civilians are Sunni. It doesn't matter to them. They get the knife out and hack off the head.

One source for The Daily Star is quoted thus on Syria;

"This is all going like Libya but this will be bigger and bloodier."

I wonder if Cameron and Hague would walk the streets of Libya today without protection, to be thanked by the happy, happy people of Libya? Last year our screens were full of alleged Libyans allegedly cheering on the Libyan al Qaeda rebs and NATO and Sarkozy and Cameron with high fives.

But a year later, and we never hear anything about Libya. There are no photo op visits by world leaders such as Cameron and Obama, to see how great and wonderful and free and safe Libya is today.

Perhaps because it is now a living hell dominated by violent Islamic extremists.
