MEET DODGY ROGER STONE'S HEROES (AND YOU WILL NOT BE IMPRESSED)

Stone's heroes are Roy Cohn, Nixon and the Duke of Windsor.

Stone likes to think of himself as a fixer -- "the next generation's Roy Cohn," in the words of one friend -- and identifies with the modern consultant-as-slick-salesman personified by Richard Gere in the recent film "Power." Though "I don't have a shower in my office where I'm hopping in with my secretary," he says with a small smile, "which I thought was a nice feature."

He names his heroes as Cohn, Nixon and the Duke of Windsor -- all outcasts in one form or another.

"I'm not a member of the club," he says, leaning back in his chair and folding his arms behind his head. "I like to take long shots. I like to take risks. In this business, there's always another campaign. You thrill at the ones you win, you learn from the ones you lose. If you're good -- and I think I am -- you win a lot more than you lose."

He has nicknames within the Republican party: "The Godfather," "The Prince of Darkness." The latter is a name Stone himself likes to repeat. It is, he has told more than one friend, good for his "aura."

Hmmm.

Cohn covered up the murder of three boys, and procured children for a CIA satanic cult and for a paedophile entrapment ring to collect blackmail material for the CIA (I wonder if Trump was caught up in all that somehow?).

The Duke of Windsor was a Nazi, banished to the Caribbean during WW2 for fear he would gain and pass on secrets to the Nazis.

Not my kind of heroes, I'm afraid.

But, hey! That's just me.

Not a sleazy peeping tom.

And not an admirer of people like Roy Cohn and the Nazi King Edward VIII.

But then again, Stone is implicated in the two major events of the century so far:
1. Stone organised a riot to stop a recount in Florida which led to Florida going to Bush in 2000, and when Bush got into the White House the PNAC wars were on and kicked off by 9/11;
2. Stone scuttled Eliot Spitzer's investigation into Wall Street's corrupt practices, which led to Wall Street continuing its gambling and the subsequent financial crisis of 2007/8 and the austerity that 99% of us still suffer.

And there he is, on Infowhores, which is run by a blood-drinking neo-Confederate whose family is riddled with CIA.

So it kinda all makes freaky sense in a way: Nazis; child murder and sexual abuse; blood-drinking; neo-Confederacy; CIA.

And they are supporting a Zionist Trump, who is possibly showing signs of dementia, to become POTUS with his finger on the nuclear button.

What could possibly go wrong?!
