HOW INFOWARS CONTRIBUTED TO A REAL LIFE TERRORIST ATTACK

In the early hours of 19th June last year, Darren Osborne drove a hired van into a crowd of Muslims outside a mosque in Finsbury Park , London. One man died and several others were injured. Osborne had been ranting about killing muslims the week before.

Here's how Infowars contributed to that attack by Osborne.

The court hears Mr Osborne conducted numerous internet searches for information on terror attacks as well looking for evidence of Muslims allegedly celebrating a terror attack in London.
Search results included an Independent article debunking footage being shared and “Proof Muslims celebrated terror attack in London” Alex Jones of the far-right site Infowars

So, Osborne read an article by Paul Judas Watson entitled, Proof: Muslims Celebrated Terror Attack in London, in which Judas writes:
This doesn’t mean that all Muslims celebrated the terror attack and undoubtedly most of them would condemn it.

However, the idea of ordinary, so-called “moderate Muslims” celebrating terrorist attacks drives fear into the heart of the leftist establishment because it demolishes the notion that Islam is a “religion of peace” and that only a tiny minority of Muslims support terrorism.

In reality, polls of Muslims living in both the Middle East and the west show alarmingly high levels of support for violent jihad.

Not much on its own, but this may well have contributed partly to Osborne's rabid paranoia.

But when you add Tommy Robinson into the mix then there is a definite contribution from Infowars to the attack, because Robinson is a favourite of the Infowars crew and has appeared several times on Infowars with lots of chumminess and backslapping and all that sort of thing.

Here's what Robinson was writing to Osborne just before the attack:

Mr Osborne received at least two direct Twitter messages from Tommy Robinson, the far-right former EDL leader whose real name is Stephen Yaxley Lennon, the court has heard

The first direct message from Mr Robinson, concerned the Manchester attack.
Read to the court by Mr Rees, it said: "Dear Darren...What Salman Abedi did is not the beginning and it won’t be the end. There is a nation within a nation forming just beneath the surface of the UK...built on hatred, violence and Islam."

The message alleged Abedi's local mosque had a Sharia court, hosted radical preachers and had not be closed down, adding: "Politicians have failed to take the necessary steps to keep us safe.
It has now been left to us, the ordinary people of the UK, to step up and say ‘no more’."

The message invited Mr Osborne to join a silent protest march which Mr Robinson's message would be "impossible to ignore".

...The second direct Twitter message from Tommy Robinson to Mr Osborne came on 14 June and detailed the campaign for 'justice' for a woman whose rapists were not prosecuted, the court has heard.

"Dear Darren, we know about he terrible crimes committed against [name redacted] of Sunderland...police let the suspects go and why?
It is because the suspects are refugees from Syria and Iraq, it’s a national outrage…I know you will be there for her and we will get her the justice she deserves."

The message was requesting money to pay a lawyer to pursue the case.

But this is what happens when you sell out, like Infowars have done.

Ten years ago or so Infowars were blaming 9/11 on Israel and Saudi Arabia and the 'neocons', and blaming all Islamic terror on intels like the CIA, FBI, Mossad, MI5 and MI6. They were also criticising particular politicians and media for being new world order and/or neocons.

But that's all changed now. And that change came when rightist deep state operative Roger Stone appeared on the scene to promote Donald Trump to the Infowars audience, who could well be a large enough demographic to swing the election to Trump.

Now there is hardly any mention on Infowars of the largest terrorist attack on mainland USA, 9/11, which led to a series of wars which still continue to this day. The only time that 9/11 is now mentioned or referred to on Infowars is to allege that muslims celebrated 9/11.

Now when there is an Islamic terror attack Infowars just shrug their shoulders and say, "S'just Islam, innit", even though the attackers are usually known to the intels and/or police as Jihadis and were being watched.

And now the very politicians that Infowars criticised as being new world order and/or neocons are supporting and promoting Trump. Newt Gingrich is the classic. Alex Jones called Gingrich, "Mr New World Order". But Gingrich wrote a book about Trump, and it shows just how close the Gingriches and the Trumps are. Indeed, Trump made Gingrich's wife, Calista, the US Ambassador to the Vatican!

So, this is what happens when you sell out and work with factions of intels, as Alex Jones has admitted to doing. You help to promote Islamophobia, which can contribute to convincing a man like Osborne to drive a van into a crowd of Muslims.

What Infowars should be doing instead is pushing Trump to spend a few billion on re-investigating 9/11 and the financial crisis of 2007/8.

But it won't happen. Because Trump loves Israel, and Roger Stone's role in the financial crisis would be exposed.
