18457 is the number of children killed in Israel's engineered genocide and ethnic cleansing kicked off by the 7th October 2023 attacks (that Israel allowed and even joined in through their Hannibal Directive).
That's 18457 children blown to bits, burned alive, crushed under rubble, shot in the head while queueing for aid.
Their blood, brains, etc are on the Plonker's hands.
