CONFLICTING REPORTS ON ALLEGED TERROR PLOT TO BLOW UP EUROPE

The Washington Post[1] is reporting that the plot to blow up Europe is

"credible but not specific" enough to allow authorities to anticipate precisely where or when a strike might occur.

But The Daily Telegraph[2] is reporting that the plot

was in the final stages of its preparations for co-ordinated attacks, thought to be on the capital cities of Britain, France and Germany.

And The Daily Mail[3] is reporting that

Intelligence sources said the plot was in the ‘advanced but not in the imminent stages’ and the plotters had been tracked by spy agencies for some time.

And again, in all media reports now emerging, this alleged plot is being used to explain the massive increase in drone attacks inside sovereign Pakistan, which have tripled under Soetoro. Such drone attacks are being called "pre-emptive". Photos of drones are provided. The reader is left with the message that unmanned drone strikes on Pakistan civilians are good for you.

And again, no mention of CIA agent David Headley.

And again, the threat level is not being raised.

And again, no arrests are apparently now possible.

And again, that's handy.

Ask yourself this, why would such an intelligence operation be blown wide open and leaked to the media so that no arrests can be made?

Remember, the alleged perps have not been arrested and are still out there, allegedly plotting and conspiring to blow you up.

The result of this story is that
1. you have been terrified about threats to be killed by Islamic terrorists,
2. the intelligence agencies (who created the terrorists in the first place decades ago) have saved the day,
3. and they've done that by invading sovereign Pakistani airspace and blowing up unnamed "suspected militants", ie Pakistani civilians, in "pre-emptive" strikes.

Or am I being too cynical and untrusting (after they engineered 9/11 and subsequently invaded Iraq telling us they knew where the WMD were)?

When they make arrests of the alleged perps instead of shooting up "suspected militants" then I'll believe them.

Until then I'll assume they are deliberately killing Pakistan and Afghan civilians to create a steady source of vengeful civilians to fuel the Jihad. After all, they need a reason to stay there to protect the opium trade, even helping to protect the Taliban's opium crop for them, calling it "toleration"! Before 9/11 the Afghan opium crop was virtually nil. Now the US military is actually protecting record opium harvests! Do the maths!
