Appoint a man who shelled civilians as they slept quietly in their beds to provoke Russia, who then used the resulting war with Russia to try to drag Georgia into NATO as agreed in April 2008?
And to appoint that man as Governor of a city that burned 50 anti-Kiev protestors alive while the local police stood idly by and watched?
And this from the Atlantic Council which has Henry Kissinger as a Director, the man who got Nazi war criminals to the USA and got jobs for the Nazi boys?
Yeah. In Atlantic Council logic this appointment makes perfect sense.
