THIS EXPLAINS THE TOMMY ROBINSON CASE EXCEPT FOR ONE THING

If you are arrested for breaking the terms of a suspended sentence then are you allowed a fair trial, access to lawyer to prepare a defence, etc, before you get thrown into prison? You would have thought so.

Because that appears to have been denied Robinson and is the only questionable action of the judge, as well as the ban on reporting.
