TOMMY ROBINSON WAS WARNED IN SUSPENDED SENTENCE NOT TO HANG AROUND TRIALS OF ALLEGED MUSLIM PAEDOPHILES

So Robinson was warned in a suspended sentence not to try to influence a trial of alleged Muslim paedophiles.

I don't know what the procedure is for someone violating a suspended sentence, whether they can be taken straight to court, undergo a dodgy trial without legal representation and then sent straight to prison? Or if the standard procedure must be followed? But I would have thought the trial would be a bit more open and transparent than what he apparently experienced.
