I haven't seen any reference to the plan revealed to General Wesley Clark on RT. But Flynn gets top conspiratorial spot because he wrote a book with Neocon Ledeen which accuses Iran of being behind a network designed to bring down the USA but Israel and Saudi Arabia support the USA?
