WHEN YOU WATCH THIS JUST REMEMBER WHO ELSE IS DEVELOPING THEM: RUSSIA

They say such robots are being developed for the battle field so that no longer will man draw the blood of another through bullet or sword.

But all it takes is for the programmer to tell the robot, "You're enemy is no longer a robot of Whateverland, it's now John Smith of 13 Unlucky Street, Fooledyaton."
