Unless the current contract is expiring soon, this is very disturbing. They wouldn't advertise before some kind of catastrophic attack on Parliament or elsewhere in the city, would they?
Or are they just gettng ready for when the vaccinations kick in?
Similar contracts have recently been advertised in Scotland and South West England.
