Putin allowed the 9/11 wars.
Said little about the war on Iraq. Puppet Medvedev abstained at the UNSC in the vote for war on Libya (as did China) to allow the war on Libya.
But intervened in Syria. Why? To protect Russian interests in Syria. Putin gave Syria the S300 system but that system still allowed Israeli planes and missiles through to hit Syria. And Russia intervened in Syria overtly just before the final report into the MH17 disaster.
