And when mRNA vaccines for Covid-19 were being patented and investigated by Big Pharma and US university labs before the alleged release/leak/evolution of the virus.
At the least the virus is a joint operation, with both parties (USA and China) aware of the purpose of the research.
But there are other possible explanations.
