This time last year Deevoy was claiming that Nicola Bulley was generated by AI. She didn't go to Preston to question residents etc about the existence or otherwise of Bulley. But she did go to Malta for a holiday where she broke her ankles and begged for money to pay her medical and travel expenses.
Note also that Da Ickez did not go to Preston either, even though David was just down the road in Liverpool, and Garth was driving all the way from Derby to the North Yorkshire coast just to go for a walk.
