THE QUESTION IS NOT WHERE BUT WHEN

I would recommend you read this article:

The author heaps more praise on Soros employee Aric Toler than on Elliot Higgins, yet it is Higgins who is on the NATO White Wine Train.

How does that work?

But you also find out just how much time was spent, how much work was done, unpaid, by many people, on finding out where the video of the BUK with missing missile was filmed.

Unpaid!

For the Kiev Nazis!!

And as the author states:
Furthermore, the video geolocation served as the centerpiece for Bellingcat’s remarkably detailed, long-term investigation of the entire MH17 incident. Working on the story for months, Higgins, Toler, and a team of six additional volunteers have convincingly mapped the entire route of the BUK truck from the parking lot in Torez to its point of fire to its return trip across the Russian border.

Yes.

Indeed, that video has been the centrepiece of Bellingcat's work on MH17.

Which is why it is absolutely vital that the precise date that it was filmed be established, don't ya fink?

As MH17 was virtually falling out of the sky, the spokesman for the Ukraine Security Council, Andrei Lysenko, was telling a press conference that Ukraine had a video of a BUK controlled by the separatists travelling through Luhansk.

Lo and behold, the next day Ukraine releases a video of a BUK travelling through Luhansk, saying that it was filmed at 0500 that day.

But hang on a tick. The Ukraine Counterintelligence Chief Naida stated that the BUK that allegedly shot down MH17 was back in Russia by 0200 on 18th July, yet the BUK with missing missile was allegedly filmed in Luhansk at 0500 on 18th July 2014!!

HOW CAN THIS BE?

Would it be unfair, as that video is recognised as the centrepiece of Bellingcat's work on MH17, to ask all Bellingcat's employees, collaborators and volunteers to expend an equivalent time they spent on geolocating the video on finding out the time that that video was actually recorded?

Because there is serious doubt about when it was filmed.

Are the video that Lysenko referred to and Bellingcat's centrepiece video one and the same?

Yes or no.

And if the two videos are not the same, then can Ukraine release the video that Lysenko referred to. Doing so would only enhance their case.

But it would also expose their responsibility for MH17 in not shutting down Ukraine airspace to civilian air traffic when they knew that BUKs were in the area while raking in the fees to brutally put down an anti-Nazi rebellion in East Ukraine.
