I wonder if Bellingcat have written to the MH17 JIT and DSB to inform them that there could be serious doubt about the date that the video of the BUK in Luhansk was filmed, and thus there is serious doubt about any evidence provided to the investigation from Ukraine, considering that shortly after MH17 came down Ukraine released a poorly cobbled together tape from different tapes incriminating Cossacks at Chernokino?
Writing to the MH17 JIT and DSB with this doubt would put pressure on Ukraine to release the video that Lysenko referred to in his now world famous press conference which was held on 17th July 2014 as MH17 was virtually falling out of the sky, at which he stated to the whole world that Ukraine had a video of a BUK in Luhansk.
That is, if it is different to the widely recognised centrepiece of Bellingcat's work on MH17...
