Biden recently excluded Nicaragua from the Summit of the Americas.
So Nicaragua now invites Russia to station troops, war planes and war ships in Nicaragua.
Meanwhile Biden goes to Riyadh to take the knee to the Saudis (just like Trump did in 2017. Remember?).
It's all starting to make sense.
