Even though Hillary Clinton says that she does not know who the Libya al-Qaeda rebs are, she and a few others want to arm them! This proposal to 'relax' the embargo on supplying arms in UN SCR 1973 to arm the rebs is what the Imperialists want out of the London Conference on Libya.
How Clinton can say she doesn't know who the rebs are is of great concern and questionable, when the SAS and probably US special forces too have been in Libya for at least a month helping the rebs.
She described the relationship between the Imperialists and the Libyan al-Qaeda rebs as "a work in progress".
