This looks a bit over cooked, but I'd eat the lot in one go!
And as for Edinburgh? Spanakopita, pint of heavy, swimming at the Commonwealth Pool, and walking up Arthur's Seat late evening or early dawn to watch the sunset/rise and wonder what was going on inside the sun. And now I have a much better idea. But the price I had to pay for that was professional burglary. And we know who does that type of stuff: intels; mob.
