It wasn't the lockdowns.
It wasn't the vaccines either.
Nor was it the combination of the two.
It was down to the WHO a few months ago ordering that the cycle count for the PCR test be reduced, which increased the accuracy of the test and reduced the number of false positives. The WHO ordered this so it would appear that the vaccines and lockdowns work, so in the future we'll accept more vaccines and lockdowns.
And the British government knows this because about a month ago they very quietly admitted it!!
