The parallels are sadly familiar:
A non-white British Muslim is suspected of being associated with al Shabaab and is harassed to work for MI5, but he refuses and claims he was even strangled as a consequence to intimidate him. He then goes on to become notorious for a barbaric crime.
Is this a deliberate policy?
