According to the sources of Exaro News, the new head of the Historic Child Abuse Inquiry, which somehow now includes Rotherham, was recommended to Theresa May by Ben Emmerson QC, Counsel to that inquiry and appointed by May to that position.
You would think that being Counsel to perhaps one of the most important inquiries in history would be sufficient. But not for Emmerson, for he is one of the QCs in the Litvinenko Inquiry. The credibility of the Litvinenko Inquiry is already in doubt due to the other QC, Tam, who represented MI5 against Tony Gosling.
However, Emmerson is known as a crusading human rights lawyer, representing clients such as the Bolton Seven and an accused mass murderer of the KLA.
So why did May appoint Emmerson as QC to both the Historic Child Abuse Inquiry and the Litvinenko Inquiry, having appointed a QC who has represented MI5?
And why did Emmerson then recommend Goddard to May to lead the Historic Child Abuse Inquiry?
And why did May keep Emmerson as Counsel to the Historic Child Abuse Inquiry, but sack everyone else?
And what is Emmerson's view on bunging Rotherham child abuse into what should have been a unique inquiry into Whitehall paedophilia?
