BEANS, POTATOES (WITH SKIN) AND FRESH WATER IS ALL WE NEED

That's what someone I knew with a first class degree in biology from a top UK university said. And they were not vegetarian or vegan.

Beans, potatoes (but with the skin), and fresh water is all that humans need to live. It's all there.

That's why I love baked potatoes (with skin) with beans and cheese, washed down with a glorious cuppa.

Have you noticed the number of sportsmen and women who have switched to a more vegan diet and reported feeling more energised and recovering faster?

And it cuts down on strained groins, hernias, constipation, etc the following morning...
