As in the film, Gladiator, when Russell Crowe orders, "On my signal...UNLEASH HELL!"
Never-ending viruses. Never-ending vaccines and boosters. Never-ending silent genocide. Until enough of us are dead from the vaccines that the survivors are easily controllable, with dissenters easily filtered into re-education camps, and the rest simply slaves.
