I now have at least 1 more piece of evidence from work to add to the others.
But there's evidence from Alan Yu, a former lieutenant colonel in the Taiwan National Defense Department, that the USA had electronic remote mind-reading tech, and this was also given to US allies.
Would Austrian and German Nazis count as allies?
Other nations such as Russia, China, maybe India, may have had or since developed and deployed electronic remote mind-reading tech.
But it's happening.
RIGHT. NOW!
It's how this tech can be used: on a single individual only? Or mass collection to accumulate word counts for a survey of population feeling on a particular policy?
The debate has now moved on. Secretly, of course.
Is this tech now being deployed on a population with statistical analysis to assess population emotion? Or still limited to individuals but with deeper analysis of and influence over a targeted individual?
