Are some quarantines designed to study how the virus spreads? For example, in Teneriefe there are about 1000 quarantined in a hotel, but although the hotel is completely isolated from the world, those inside can interact freely: why? Similarly on quarantined cruise ships. It's as if someone wanted to gather data on how the virus spreads over a period of weeks in closed scenarios.
Remember : the USA and China worked together to develop this weaponised virus.
